**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, providing them with a positive and professional first impression of our company
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, conference rooms, and common areas
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and filing of documents
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Punctuality and reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
