**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and hotel facilities.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with a positive attitude.
- Coordinate with the front desk and concierge to provide smooth service.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and guest areas.
- Handle luggage storage and retrieval efficiently.
- Provide local information and directions as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel is preferred.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to service.
