**Job Description: Site Supervisor - SRBC Construction Company**

SRBC Construction Company is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing residential construction projects, including villas and buildings. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining high quality and adherence to timelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity.
- Oversee subcontractors and tradespeople, providing guidance and support to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality or safety concerns, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop and adjust work schedules, keeping them informed about project progress.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, material usage, and labor hours.
- Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all workers follow proper safety protocols and identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly, maintaining effective communication and fostering positive working relationships with all team members.
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, controlling project costs by monitoring expenses and making cost-effective decisions.
- Provide regular updates to project management regarding project status, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 9 years of experience in residential construction, including villas and buildings.
- Proven track record as a Site Supervisor, demonstrating the ability to manage and successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Extensive knowledge of residential construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring client satisfaction.
