Coating Operator

Execution of thermal spray coating on gas turbine components as per the required technical specification.
- Preparation of components and equipment before process start (blasting/masking)
- Visual inspection and measurement of coating parameters as per specification

Removal of coating overspray and masking residues
- Quality check of the performed work before operation step confirmation
- Preparation/confirmation of the required quality documentation
- Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
- Keeping the working environment and machines in a clean and proper condition
- Carrying out tests and trial coatings for development/implementation and process stability testing purpose
- Programming of the thermal spray equipment
- Following Environmental Health and Safety regulations
- Reporting of technical deviations with the Non Conformance Reporting System (NCR)

**Qualifications**:

- High School or Diploma in Engineering
- Experience in operating thermal spray equipment
- Alternatively experience in operation and programming of CNC equipment or production robots
- Experience in handling measurement equipment
- Experience with gas turbine components
- Working experience in a production or maintenance environment
- Good knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: AED1.00 per month
