Job Advertisement: Junior Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Supervising and managing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing expert advice to clients.

2. Planning and coordinating audit fieldwork, identifying areas of risk, and designing audit programs to address those risks.

3. Performing detailed audit testing, assessing the accuracy and completeness of financial records, and preparing audit reports with findings and recommendations.

4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including providing ongoing support and advice.

5. Reviewing and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they meet their objectives and progress in their careers.

6. Contributing to the development of the firm's audit methodology, tools, and templates, ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices.

7. Staying up to date with changes in accounting and auditing standards, industry trends, and emerging risks.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. ACCA qualification

2. 2-3 years of experience in an auditing firm

3. Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA)

4. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines

6. Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
