Our client is one of the busiest private dental centers in Al Ain, UAE is looking to hire an enthusiastic and experienced DOH Licensed and Arabic Speaker Pedodontist to deal with the unique physical, emotional and developmental needs of pediatric patients.

Pediatric dentist may also provide general dental care for adults and older children. However, they typically focus on providing preventive, restorative and emergency dental services to infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-aged children.

**DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITES**:

- Explaining treatment processes and procedures to parents or guardians to ensure they understand the dentist’s recommendations
- Handling emergencies such as dental trauma caused by accidents or abuse
- Performing dental exams and X-rays to identify potential problems with teeth and gums
- Diagnosing and treating dental conditions in children, including cavities and infections
- Determining whether a child’s teeth need to be cleaned or if cavities need to be filled
- Educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques to prevent tooth decay, gum disease, and other issues
- Treating children who have physical, behavioral, or emotional disabilities that affect their dental care needs
- Providing dental care to infants in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) who have difficulty eating due to medical problems with their teeth or mouth
- Providing treatment to prevent orthodontic problems such as crooked teeth or jaw misalignment by prescribing braces or other devices

**WORKING CONDITION**:

- Working Hours: 48 Hours / Week
- Working Days: 6 Days / Week
- Shifts: Straight shifts Day Duties
- Contract Period 1 Year Renewable

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- ** Primary Qualifcations**: BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery); DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine); DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or The equivalent from a nationally accredited
- ** Training/Residency**: completion of residency training in **Pediatric Dentistry**:

- ** License**: DOH Licensed or DHA Eligibility Letter

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:

- Languages: Arabic
- Age not to exceed 55 years old

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**:
**SALARY**:

- Gross Monthly Salary: AED 20,000- 30,000 (Varies Based on Qualifications, Years of Experience and Clinical Privileges) Gross Salary is inclusive basic salary, housing and transportation.
