**Job summary**

**MISSION**:
Responsible for monitoring and reporting progress on all purchase orders, preparing and issuing expediting report on weekly basis, identifying those items of equipment and materials which are critical or are potentially critical to the Project schedule and as such require special attention to ensure timely delivery to site.

**TASKS**:

- Coordinating and monitoring the procurement and delivery of materials, spare parts, and equipment required for FPSO operations, ensuring timely availability;
- Interfacing with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to track orders, expediting deliveries, and resolving any issues or delays in the procurement process;
- Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, shipping documents, and inventory levels, ensuring compliance with procurement procedures and regulatory requirements;
- Prioritizing and expediting urgent material requests, collaborating with internal stakeholders to fulfill critical equipment needs for FPSO operations;
- Assisting in maintaining inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and facilitating inventory optimization to meet operational demands while minimizing surplus;
- Facilitating effective communication between procurement, logistics, and operational teams, providing regular status updates and reports on material delivery schedules.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Additional certifications are advantageous;
- 10+ years of experience as a Desk Expeditor or similar role within FPSO / Oil & Gas projects;
- Proficiency in procurement processes, inventory management, and expediting techniques specific to FPSO operations.

**OTHER DETAILS**:

- Job Location: Dubai Drydocks, UAE;
- Contract Duration: 8 months;
- Working schedule: 10 hours x 6 days;
- Starting date: ASAP.
