Ba - Personal Loan Squad

**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a background in - Personal Loan Squad to join our testing project team. BA requirement as well having agile experience and who has worked in Lending and digital side will be preferred. If not digital exposure is a must.
**Responsibilities**:Requirement Discussions**:
Facilitate and lead requirement gathering sessions with various stakeholders including business units, operations, and IT.
Document and validate the requirements to ensure they align with the business objectives.
Make sure that sign off of all aspects are obtained and documented
Act as a guardian of the requirements for business at all times and own the delivery of them.
Make sure that any change in the requirements is understood, documented, communicated and monitored using the banks change process.
**Functional User Story & Acceptance Criteria Writing**:
Translate business requirements into detailed functional user stories / requirements.
Review the test cases, make sure the
Traceability matrix in coordination with Testing
Design Briefing and Copy Updates from Design Team (If customer facing change)
Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure that the UI/UX meets business needs.
Review and provide feedback on design concepts and wireframes.
Update the functional user stories or requirements based on design feedback and iterations.
**User Story Refinements, Alignments & Sign Off Tracking**:
Ensure alignment of user stories / requirements with business objectives.
Track and manage stakeholder sign-offs on refined user stories.
**Conduct Sessions to Development/Test Teams**:
Facilitate sessions to ensure the development and testing teams understand the functional requirements.
Act as a knowledge bridge between business and IT, providing clarity on requirements.
**Resolve Functional Clarifications**:
Proactively engage with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to clarify any ambiguities related to the functional requirements.
Ensure that all functional questions are addressed in a timely manner.
Document change control and version changes
BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) & UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Tracking & Sign Off:
Coordinate and oversee BAT and UAT including PT and RA sessions.
Track progress of testing phases and ensure timely sign-offs is collected and documented
Collaborate (as a project SME only) with QA on the data requirements
1st of point contact for defect resolution vs requirement (root cause)
**Operational Process (OP) Tracking's & Support**:
Work with business units to track ONLY the progress of drafting, reviewing and documenting sign-off of operational processes related to the IT solution, IC and ops
help/support with any questions that might arise from OP and Tracking.
**Business Sanity Coordination**:
Oversee/coordination and ensure that the implemented solution is functional and aligns with business needs before it's moved to production. Making sure that all checklists, processes and documentation have been completed before moving to Replica.
Coordinate a sanity check with the business units to validate solution effectiveness (post go live)
**(PCR) Project Change Request Preparation & Tracking**:
Prepare detailed project change requests when necessary, making sure to document, track and communicate the change request in line with CR governance.
Track the progress and ensure timely sign-offs on the PCRs
Work along side the PM to understand the impact on the Project (time, scope, cost and resource) and help the PM to communicate this effectively.
**Replica Sign Off Tracking**:
Coordinate the validation and sign-off of replicated environments or solutions.
Ensure that the replicated solution mirrors the original in terms of functionality and business requirements.
**Stakeholder Communication and Management**:
Act as a primary point of contact between business units and IT.
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders through meetings, reports, and updates.
**Continuous Learning and Improvement**:
Keep updated with the latest trends in business analysis, banking operations, and IT solutions.
Recommend improvements in processes and tools used in the role based on industry best practices.
Technical Solution Discussions
Facilitate discussions around technical solutions, including Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), Performance Testing (PT), and Risk Assessment (RA).
Technical User Story Writing & Tracking
help coordinated only the technical user stories with Dev and IT, ensuring that API field-level agreements are accurately represented and tracked.
Work with the Solutions architect to make sure the technical solation is documented following the IT governance process
