We are looking for an experienced Deputy Principal to join our dynamic and progressive team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- NPQSL or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles.
- Experience in IBMYP is an advantage.
- Proven experience in pastoral care, curriculum development, timetabling, and student data management in a secondary school setting.
- Familiarity with international education frameworks (e.g., IB, IGCSE, A-levels, or equivalent).

Ajman Academy is a dynamic IB World School community accredited to offer the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) to primary students and Middle Years Programme (MYP) in grades 6 to 8.
