Female Tennis Coach

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coaching & Training**:

- Conduct individual and group tennis lessons tailored to varying skill levels (beginner to advanced).
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance players' technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills.
- Analyze players’ performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Event Participation**:

- Organize and participate in tournaments, workshops, and tennis-related events.
- Encourage and prepare students for competitive play, including local and regional tournaments.
- **Facility & Equipment Management**:

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of all tennis equipment and facilities.
- Provide input on equipment purchases or upgrades.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address their goals and progress.
- Promote club programs and membership benefits to clients.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure all sessions are conducted safely, following health and safety protocols.
- Address injuries promptly and report incidents as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a tennis coach or player.
- Strong understanding of tennis techniques, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with players of all ages, including children, teens, and adults.
- Passionate about teaching and inspiring others to achieve their potential.

**Work Schedule**:
Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client bookings and club events.
