**Scope**:
As an Business Analyst (SAP) specializing in Operations systems, you will play a crucial role in understanding and evaluating the business needs and strategies of various internal customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to plan and implement optimal solutions, driving analysis and efforts to evaluate, design, develop, and deliver changes.
You will act as a liaison between functional and technical/development groups, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the development and solution creation process. Your expertise will extend to SAP solutions, supporting system configuration changes and implementations.

**Principle duties and responsabilities**:
**Business Analysis**: Provide structured and expert business analysis, ensuring clear understanding of issues, exploring alternative options, and aligning business stakeholders on proposed solutions.

**Project Leadership**: Take a lead role in SAP-related efforts, including design, configuration, documentation, functional specifications, and testing (including end-user testing).

**Solution Design**: Prepare solid solutions to outstanding design questions, considering business requirements, SAP capabilities, and necessary interfaces.

**Integration Knowledge**: Develop an understanding of integration points between SAP and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and information exchange.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with other System and Business Analysts to ensure effective teamwork and knowledge sharing.

**Software Solution Delivery**: Accountable for coordinating and delivering software solutions using standard SAP ASAP/Agile methodology.

**SAP System Support**: Offer guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of SAP systems, troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and managing the support ticket queue.

**Master Data Management**: Utilize your experience with Master Data, specifically Material, Customer, Vendor, and Equipment data, to maintain accuracy and consistency.

**Training and User Support**: Develop training materials and process maps, providing support by training users and managers on SAP systems.

**Compliance and Policies**: Adhere to all Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions, and guidelines.

**Miscellaneous Duties**: Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.

**Job specifications**:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other relevant degree.
6-10 years of related SAP experience with expertise in SAP configuration, especially within MM, SD, PM, and CS modules. SAP training/certification in related modules is preferable.
Business experience in areas such as Procurement, Inventory Management, Finance, Operations and Maintenance, or Kronos systems.
Additional knowledge in SAP modules Security GRC, MDG, and FICO/PS systems is considered an asset.
Strong understanding of business change management methodologies
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional time management, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Comfortable facilitating small or large teams in working sessions and enabling change.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Working conditions**:
Fast-paced general office environment. Domestic and international travel on occasion will be required.
