The Lunchbox is an American-registered restaurant based in California, USA. It was founded in 2016 by Mr. Mohammed Suleman, a well-known businessman in the Middle East, to provide authentic Indian cuisine to the community without any compromise in taste, quality & or hygiene.

The Lunchbox started its first restaurant in Riyadh, the heart of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2016 & and offers Indian cuisine consisting of a wide variety of regional and traditional cuisines native to the Indian subcontinent and Chinese Cuisine. As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking a talented and experienced Pani Puri and Indian Street Food Chef to join our team.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian street food items, with a primary focus on Pani Puri, Chaat, and other popular street food delicacies.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of food products by adhering to standard recipes and cooking techniques.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to maintain freshness.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items, staying updated on food trends and customer preferences.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor food costs and portion sizes to optimize profitability while delivering value to customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Indian street food, with a focus on Pani Puri and Chaat.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Food safety certification and knowledge of hygiene practices in a commercial kitchen.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Creativity and innovation in recipe development and presentation.
