**Responsibilities**:

- Prepares food and makes sure the runners/servers deliver each dish to customer in timely manner.
- Mise en place. Prepare food for service. (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Answer, report and follow Head Chef's instruction.
- Stock inventory appropriately.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and and professional approach to co-workers and customers.

Requirements and Skills
- Has a good character.
- Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook. restaurant cook, prep cook or any related experience with wide knowledge with breakfast items.
