- Detail-oriented, empathetic problem solver.
- Proactive in spotting patterns in the frustrations or hopes of our customers, seeing where we can change our processes, tools or product to make them happier.
- Identify customers who are in difficult situations and helping to figure out what steps we can take to support them.
- Understand, prioritize and escalate customers' feedback.
- Be the first port of call for customer complaints to make sure that they're treated fairly and can share their thoughts and concerns.
- Knowledge of banking platforms and related products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum experience of 4-5 years in **banking industry** for the same role
- Fluent in English & Arabic is must ( written and verbal)
- Master's / Bachelor's Degree

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
