**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervisory Role**: Oversee a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in daily operations.
- **Housekeeping Management**: Delegate tasks, schedule work shifts, and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning duties are completed to the satisfaction of the household members.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular inspections of the residence to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization standards are maintained at all times.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage household supplies and inventory, including cleaning products, linens, and other essentials, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
- **Training and Development**: Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and household preferences, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
- **Grocery Management**: Plan and coordinate grocery shopping trips, manage grocery inventory, and ensure the availability of fresh produce, pantry staples, and household supplies.
- **Employee Relations**: Foster a positive and supportive work environment, address employee concerns and grievances, and promote teamwork and collaboration among housekeeping staff.
- **Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with household members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and smooth coordination of activities.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implement proper sanitation practices, and oversee the maintenance of household equipment and appliances.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the housekeeping or hospitality industry, with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- **Valid Driving License**: Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record, and be comfortable driving various vehicles as required.
- **Organization Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy, tact, and professionalism.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate the needs of the household and address any emergencies or last-minute requests.
- **Legal Status**: Valid residency or work permit, if applicable.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Head Housekeeping or Villa Manager: 3 years (required)
