**This Position is Full-time Job.**

**Monthly Pay Range is AED 4,000-5,000. (If you are highly skilled, pay range can be negotiable)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all visual content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials for events, advertisements, and digital platforms.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos for use in marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and software to ensure innovative and modern designs.

**Content Writing**:

- Develop compelling property descriptions and promotional copy for listings.
- Create content that aligns with SEO best practices to improve online visibility and search rankings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that support marketing campaigns.
- Edit and proofread all written content to ensure accuracy and consistency.

**Social Media Management**:

- Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to inform content strategy.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.

**Marketing Support**:

- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and promoting company events, such as open houses and property showcases.
- Support the creation of presentations and proposals for client meetings and business development.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the marketing team, real estate agents, and other departments to understand their needs and provide creative solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deadlines.
- Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and content writing.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published content.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
