- 3-5 HR Generalist experience
- Exposure to Large Scale HR ERP solutions (SAP and SuccessFactors experience preferred)
- Advanced user of office productivity tools & techniques (eg. MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio etc.)
- Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing large scale/ bulk data entry demands with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment.
- Understanding of HR business processes and best practices
