**Your Tasks**:
The Emerging Markets Analytics & Insights Specialist will lead the analysis and insights of actual developments within the Emerging Markets Region. They will be responsible for developing and utilizing advanced reporting tools to monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Create the monthly, quarterly, and annual report decks on the SOI and main Financial KPI’s and ratios. Collect and consolidate reasonable comments across the Emerging Markets region, for the Regional Lead Team. Understand the information needs of that report audience and support transparent and up to date information across the Region.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses into current financial trends and provide insights on potential impacts and outcomes. Especially given the impacts of exchange rates, hyperinflation and sometimes disruptions in the Emerging Markets. Help us driving a reporting standard that allow a “fair” view on our business. This includes Long
- Term and short-Term Analysis.
- Maintain regional consolidation/ reconciliation of the SOI together with the monthly closing processes. Exchange with the planning and forecasting to identify risks and gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Management Unit Finance Teams to gather data and understand business needs.
- Guarantee the Integrity and Precision of Financial Reporting: This role is responsible for implementing stringent data validation protocols that scrutinize accuracy at each phase of data collection and processing. Additionally, it involves the creation of a comprehensive framework for the reconciliation of financial data, confirming that all figures agree with internal documentation and standards.
- Provide training and support to Finance team members in the Management Units and in the Regional Office on the use of reporting tools and data analysis techniques.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in reporting tools and analytics methodologies.

**Your Profile**:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in Finance/Controlling in a multinational company
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Profound understanding of business processes and accounting principles
- Proven expertise in Power BI and other reporting tools (also excel).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Independent, highly self-motivated and proactive personality
- Open minded and experienced working with multicultural teams
- Ability to think fast, manage changing priorities and short timelines in a highly volatile environment
- Strong Business partnering skills and excellent coordination skills
- Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills - able to communicate with and act as a partner to senior managers, also in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory, additional language is a plus
- Experience in a multinational company is preferred.
