The General Manager in the Contract Manufacturing industry oversees the operations, production, and overall performance of the manufacturing facilities. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- **Leadership and Team Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and managers.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- **Financial Management**:

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving measures.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth and profitability improvement.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- **Supply Chain and Inventory Management**:

- Oversee supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the contract manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
