Barista Chef

Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages, including V60, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee by following established recipes and brewing techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area, including the coffee machine, grinder, and other equipment.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Assist in cooking and assembling dishes according to café recipes and quality standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, making recommendations when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
- Food Preparation:

- Prepare and cook a diverse menu of food items, including breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and desserts.
- Follow recipes and adhere to quality standards to ensure the consistency and taste of food offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the management team to ensure timely restocking of ingredients.
- Contribute to the development of the menu by suggesting new coffee and food items based on customer preferences and market trends.
- Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal or promotional offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the kitchen and dining areas.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards in food preparation and service.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, including baristas, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and deliver prompt service.
- Adapt to changing work requirements and be willing to perform a variety of tasks, including cashier duties, cleaning, and other responsibilities as needed.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a café or restaurant.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.
- Able to start immediately
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Provided salary, air ticket, OT, transportation, health insurance.

**Salary**: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Chef/Barista: 2 years (required)
