**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensuring that appropriate and accurate data is collected and developing mechanisms for the sake of improving data quality.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual work plans in line with the strategy of department and its implementation plan;
- Assessing and specifying quality requirements of data in order to have precise and accurate data;
- Designing and developing standard forms and guidelines for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliable data;
- Writing training materials and conducting training sessions on data quality control activities to target groups in order to implement proper standards;
- Writing technical reports on data quality control activities
- Monitoring confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines;
- Creating automated data quality control monitoring tools;
- Analyze trends on data quality and report findings to relevant departments;
- Providing advices for developing data entry system, controlling and analyzing tools that help to ensure consistent quality throughout the data entry process;
- Providing specific and reformative suggestions to the leadership of the organization to overcome the inadequacies of the inspections based on the findings of the assessment of the quality control experts;
- Analyzing the survey data using statistical tools and software;
**Requirements**:
- A Master degree in data science or relevant field
- 6 years of relevant experience as a Census Quality Team
- Proficient user of MS Office and one of the statistical analysis software SPSS, STATA and R
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to exhibit strong commitment in the relevant disciplines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Knowledge of national language i.e. Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently and to meet deadlines
- Ability to function effectively in a team environment inspiring trust and cooperation of other team member
- Strong communication, negotiating skills and good interpersonal relations.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
