**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design and Branding**: Develop and execute high-quality graphic designs for various channels, including digital and print media, in line with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.

**Social Media Content**: Work closely with the social media team to create visually engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, focusing on property showcases, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensure brand consistency across all design assets, maintaining alignment with the overall brand guidelines, color schemes, typography, and visual standards.

**Collaboration with Marketing Team**: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project goals, campaign strategies, and timelines to deliver graphics that support lead generation and client engagement.

**Trend Awareness**: Stay updated on current design trends, Dubai real estate market visuals, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team and keep our brand competitive and relevant.

**Project Management**: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the real estate industry or luxury branding, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with design tools like Canva. Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro or After Effects) is a plus.

**Creative Skills**: Strong design aesthetic with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout that aligns with the luxury real estate sector in Dubai.

**Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively and collaborate effectively with team members.

**Time Management**: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.
