**Job Overview**:
As a Barber/Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to clients, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and various styling services. You must possess excellent communication skills to understand clients' preferences and offer personalized grooming advice. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within the barber shop is crucial.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Grooming Services**:

- Perform haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services according to clients' preferences and specifications.
- Offer styling advice and recommend appropriate hair care products to clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in barbering and hairstyling.
- **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on hair type, face shape, and lifestyle.
- **Customer Service**:

- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.
- Build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality grooming services.
- **Sanitation and Cleanliness**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the barber shop.
- Sterilize tools and equipment after each use to prevent the spread of infections.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Barber/Stylist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of barbering techniques and hairstyling trends.
- Attention to detail and precision in grooming services.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients efficiently.
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene standards in the barbering industry.
- Proficiency in using barbering tools and equipment.
- Certification from a recognized barbering or hairstyling school is preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Barber shops can be fast-paced environments, especially during peak hours.
- May require standing for long periods and working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
