We are looking for Waitress to join one of our properties. Interested applicants should upload their updated CV with recent photo. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted by HR Department.

**A)** **Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Meets and exceeds customer and team member expectations by providing outstanding Service & teamwork to ensure customer / guests satisfaction
- Sets up chairs and tables in the restaurant before it opens for operation
- Wipes tables and chairs and polishes China, glassware and cutlery both on tables and service stations
- Fills up service station, supplies the service station during service hours, with necessary condiments, China, glassware, linen and makes sure cutlery is always polished.
- Checks condiments and condiments stands.
- Knows all tables by numbers and seats, in order to serve the correct drink and dish to each guest.
- Escort customers to their tables.
- Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs observing dining process
- If captain is occupied, takes food & drink orders from the guest, and forwards these orders by always using a captain order and the Micros system.
- Informs his assigned captain immediately of any irregularities or complaints
- Clears tables of dirty and empty glasses and dishes, replenishes drinks and changes ashtrays.
- Clears regularly the service station and keeps it clean and tidy.
- Farewells guests at departure whenever possible.
- Must have a good basic knowledge of all food & beverage items served according to the menu.
- Aware of the proper presentation of food & beverages served advising supervisor incorrect orders
- Fully trained about menu and promotions including approximate preparation times.
- Able to serve quickly and efficiently.
- Familiar with proper handling and maintenance of service equipment.
- Attends scheduled outlet briefings and regular training sessions
- Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.

**Qualifications**:

- Has at least 1-2 years hospitality experience
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations.
- Passion for excellent services.
- English speaking
- Excellent team player
- Preferably on a visit visa or cancelled visa
