**About the Role**

As Manager, Lifeguard you will have a variety of responsibilities that will include the overall park operational safety, guest and colleague satisfaction and safety, park upkeep and cleanliness, as well as the overall aquatics operations for the resorts' pools and beaches. The Manager, Lifeguard is also responsible for the development and performance of the Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, Lifeguards, Communications Centre, and Guest Service Colleagues.
