**Al-Darb is a real estate agnecy based in Sharjah.**
We partner with leading developers to provide premier properties for both personal and investment purposes. Our Al-Darb team consists of leading brokers in the sharjah real estate market who are committed to understanding and meeting the needs of our clients.
- **We are looking for a motivated real estate agent.**_
- At least one year of successful sales experience or experience in client service;
- Optimistic mindset and high level of empathy;
- Strong communication skills;
- Willingness for continuous learning and development;
- Proficiency in written and spoken English at least mid level;
- Current based in Sharjah.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct negotiations (offline, online), make direct sales;
- Identify and present suitable real estate options based on client preferences;
- Coordinate transactions and document flow for transactions;
- Develop your personal brand and social networks with the help of our marketing specialists;
- Simplify transaction processes and ensure proper documentation;
- Development of a personal brand and comprehensive customer support at all stages of the transaction.
We offer:

- Helping the sales to close at least 1 deal per month;

- Competitive compensation package.
But we do not provide a basic salary, we provide only commission.
