Dubai based Real Estate Brokerage company is recruiting Self-motivated and entrepreneurial Agents (Commission Based) for expanding our Sales and Leasing Team.

Potential earnings of 300,000DHS+ TAX-FREE per annum with a great rewards scheme
- As a sales or leasing consultant, you will be responsible for generating new property listings and then finding new tenants or buyers for them using portals.
- Talking to owners with a view to leasing or selling their property
- Registering new landlords/sellers from both cold calling and new enquiries
- Conducting viewing appointments, registering clients and sending suitable properties
- Soliciting clients by promoting the brokerage, networking, marketing, and offering real estate services to prospective clients.
- Providing information on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability to clients.
- Partnering with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties within the identified target market.
- Negotiating between buyers and sellers to facilitate contractual agreements that are in the best interests of all parties involved.
- Drafting sales and purchase contracts to be completed upon the closing of real estate transactions.
- Ensuring that all real estate transactions are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to the purchase, sale, or lease of properties.

**Requirements**:

- Real Estate Experience preferred
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- RERA Qualification ideal but not essential
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, promote teamwork, and knowledge sharing to achieve goals and deliverables
- Positive and Intelligent personality with good analytical, execution, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills
- Pleasant & Trustworthy
- Must Have Driving License
