**Responsibilities for videography**
- Plan and execute professional video shoots and ensure high-quality footage and images.
- Set up and operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio devices to capture desired shots.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
- Knowledge for post-production techniques
- Physical ability to move and hold recording equipment for long periods.
- Understanding of computer software used for planning, editing, and scripting
- Creative thinking with an excellent eye for detail.
- Use creative and technical skills to compose shots, select appropriate angles, and manipulate lighting to achieve aesthetic goals.
- Maintain and organize equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and readiness for future shoots.
- Aesthetic Background:

- Stay up to date with current design trends and popular aesthetics across various industries.
- Develop a deep understanding of our brand's aesthetic and effectively incorporate it into all visual content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for visuals that align with our brand identity.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on styling, props, and locations to create visually appealing scenes.

**Photographer**

**Responsibilities for Photographer**
- Take professional pictures in a studio or on location
- Work closely with clients and colleagues to produce high-quality photographic images
- Use different techniques to enhance the photographs as required
- Use photo manipulation software such as Adobe Suite to get desired results
- Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives
- Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs
- Review sets of photographs and select the best results
- Operate various photographic equipment such as single lens reflex cameras and film or digital cameras and lighting

**Social Media Specialist**:
**Responsibilities for social media specialist**
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implements social media strategy to align business goals
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Communicate with followers, and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Develop a comprehensive social media content calendar in alignment with our brand strategy and marketing goals.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including videos, photographs, and graphics.
- Write compelling captions and ensure all content is optimized for each platform.
- Schedule and publish posts on various social media channels, monitoring engagement and responding to comments and messages.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize content and increase audience engagement.
- Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, and social media with a portfolio demonstrating strong technical and creative skills.
- In-depth knowledge of aesthetic principles, design trends, and composition techniques.
- Excellent storytelling ability and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices for content creation and engagement.
- To be successful in this you will need to have a deep understanding of videography and photoshoots and social media platforms,
- Previous experience in Videographer, photographer, and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Minimum experience required 3 to 5 years.
