- Responsible for storage of both food & beverage and operational stock. Responsible for day-to day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene Should be able to follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores. Check the minimum stock level and raise the forecast of materials as per Request requirement. Should have understanding of standards of HACCP in storage practices. Raise the purchase order of materials as per the MRP (Material Requirement Planning) requirement. Generate timely sales and Receives reports as per business and management requirements. Responsible of creating efficient and accurate Monthly and Annual inventory measures including tracking, reporting and root cause analysis. Carrying out Administrative jobs related to Store staff like allocation of labour into shifts & overtime determination Should possess reporting skills to be able to coordinate with the Cost Controller with proposals and day-to-day feedback on operational control.
