**Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Project Administrator / Document Controller ** to support our project management team. The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and coordination to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**: Assist project managers with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation.

**Communication**: Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, both internally and externally, ensuring timely and accurate communication between team members, clients, and subcontractors.

**Documentation**: Maintain project files, records, and documentation, ensuring that all relevant documents are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible to project stakeholders.

**Coordination**: Facilitate project coordination activities, such as tracking project timelines, monitoring progress against milestones, and updating project schedules as needed.

**Procurement Assistance**: Assist with procurement activities, including obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, and coordinating deliveries of materials and equipment to project sites.

**Meeting Support**: Arrange and coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and documenting meeting minutes.

**Reporting**: Generate regular project status reports, highlighting key metrics, milestones, and issues for review by project management and stakeholders.

**Quality Assurance**: Assist in maintaining project quality standards by reviewing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or project management field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members, clients, and vendors.

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in work.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team environment.
