As we participate in the exciting Liwa Festival, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to assist our team in engaging with visitors and helping to promote our unique camper offerings during the event.
**Job Role**
We are looking for a bilingual Sales Advisor (Arabic & English) to join our team at the Liwa Festival. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, showcasing our range of luxury campers and helping potential customers with information, inquiries, and sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting event and represent a respected brand in the caravan industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting festival visitors with information about Camper's caravans, features, pricing, and customization options.
- Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English to meet the needs of a diverse customer base.
- Assist customers in exploring the range of Gladiator campers, explaining the benefits and unique features of each model.
- Actively promote special offers, product features, and the advantages of choosing our campers.
- Support the sales team in managing sales transactions, including processing payments and handling customer queries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Help manage inventory during the event, ensuring that camping gear displays are stocked, and all products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and ensure the success of the event.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and a positive customer experience throughout the duration of the festival.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred, ideally in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport quickly.
- Passion for camping, caravans, travel, and the mobile lifestyle, with a genuine interest in promoting Camper products.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable character with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to the needs of the event.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a neat and attractive sales space.
- Availability to work throughout the allocated duration of the Liwa Festival.
- Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends, and as part of a team.
