N-Beauty is an upcoming beauty editorial e-commerce platform committed to providing the best beauty products and experiences to customers in the UAE.

We seek a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Interns to join our team. As the Social Media Interns, you will help develop and implement our social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engage with our audience, and increase our online presence. You will collaborate closely with the design and management team and relevant stakeholders to create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Create and manage content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends, insights, and industry best practices to improve our presence continuously.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using key metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with beauty trends, industry news, and social media advancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Social Media Savvy. Knowledge of social management software like Hootsuite and Metricool is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
- Analytical skills to track and optimize social media performance.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: Paid Internship

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
