Obm Supervisor

Responsible for Management and Technical oversight relating to OBM technical issues.Report to the Service Manager of Workshop load, customer concerns, technician’s performance and other relevant matters to the role.Carry out the quality control inspection.Asses the improvement of technician’s performance after they undergo training.Attend to customer’s concern and resolve complaints with sensitivity and involve others when needed.Provide advice and technical assistance to his team related to OBM technical issues.Direct team in handling day to day problems and issues to operate efficiently and exceed customer needs.Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment.Perform other reasonable activities from time to time

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
