**Job Description**:
A TRS Technician is responsible for safely and professionally operating Tubular Running Services equipment on Rigs/Drilling Rigs in the onshore and offshore fields. Perform casing calibration in the wells that are required, provide support in general maintenance activities to the TRS / CRT tools

**Essential functions**
- Operate Tubular Running Services equipment, including: Casing Running tools, hydraulic wrenches, elevators, keyways (spider), control panels and hydraulic power units, computer for torque recording, Casing leveling.
- Carry out adequate maintenance in the workshop of TRS/CRT equipment and tools according to procedures.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area and in the vehicles used for your transportation.
- Assist in loading and unloading of equipment/tools.
- Report any operational problems that may occur before, during, or after a job to the TRS Crew Leader and/or TRS Coordinator.
- Maintain a proactive attitude, encourage the development of teamwork.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Report any deficiency or state of non-conformity of the equipment.
- Show availability to work on the date, place and time indicated.
- Manage the light and heavy units used to transport the tools to the well and vice versa.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all Rig staff, the client and the Company.

**Qualifications**:
**Necessary qualifications, skills and abilities**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Recommended.
- Must have working knowledge of drill pipe handling equipment including: casing running tools, tongs, elevators, spiders, control panels, and hydraulic power units.
- Must possess the ability to work with hand tools and operate hydraulically powered equipment.
- Must possess the ability to assemble, run and disassemble various components on a drilling rig.
- Must be detail oriented, enterprising and able to work with little supervision.
- Must have the ability to work both cooperatively and independently and set priorities in the context of operational impact.
- Good customer service skills are essential.
- Must have a good attitude and the ability to learn new skills.
- You must work as a team and willing to help.
- Must have the ability to positively adapt to changes in policies, procedures and priorities, or work environments.
