**# Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a focus on MERN stack development.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing POS systems.
- Proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, bootstrap.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud deployment, preferably on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

**# Responsibilities**
- Customize and add new feature is existing solution.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with POS systems.
- Collaborate in the planning and estimation of development tasks and timelines.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in MERN stack development.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when necessary.

**# Skills**
- Proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with state management libraries, especially Redux.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Version control using Git.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Collaboration in cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's, Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and deploying AI solutions, with a minimum of 4 of relevant work experience.
