**Employment (Full Time)**
We are now offering full-time and part-time work-from-home opportunities to freelance recruiters based in the UAE.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting for various positions/roles.
- Excellent communication/conversational skills in English.
- Ability to modify and improve CVs (for grammar, formatting, chronological order).
- Industry awareness. Awareness of GCC job market.
- Social media skills.
- Computer skills (MS Word document formatting skills, Converting Word documents to PDF, Skype calling).
**Compensation**: This is a freelance position without a fixed pay and we will pay a very attractive commission per successful hiring sourced through you. Based on your performance we can extend your role into a permanent paid position after a trial period of six months.
**Salary**: From AED1,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
