Job Summary:
The Dental Assistant provides support to the dental team, ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth operation of the dental clinic. This role involves preparing patients for treatments, assisting the dentist during procedures, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
*Clinical Duties:*
- Prepare examination and treatment rooms by setting up instruments, materials, and equipment.
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including handing instruments and materials.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Take and develop dental X-rays.
- Record treatment information in patient records.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative care.

*Administrative Duties:*
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process billing and insurance claims.
- Order and monitor dental supplies and equipment inventory.
- Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and handle patient inquiries.

*Patient Care:*
- Greet and welcome patients, making them comfortable before, during, and after dental treatments.
- Obtain and update medical histories and vital signs of patients.
- Explain treatment plans and procedures to patients, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Provide postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
