**Male Cleaning Supervisor (Hospital Background)**

A reputed facilities Management Company in Dubai urgently seeks to recruit an experienced and skilled **male “Cleaning Supervisor (hospital background)”** for their UAE operations.
- **Job description**_
- Ensure that all hospital areas, including examination and surgery rooms, patients' rooms, laboratories, and public areas etc. are kept clean and sanitary.
- Provide cleaners with supplies and equipment, such as cloths, disinfectant, washing agents and mops to assist them in their cleaning endeavors.
- Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
- Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
- Ensure that the cleaner staff is working in accordance with the hospital’s rules.
- Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping services.
- Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
- Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
- Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
- Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
- **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**_
- A minimum of 2 years work experience as a “**Cleaning Supervisor**” in **Hospital.**:

- Knowledge on Cleaning Machines & chemicals and their safe usage.
- Ability to converse in English - and update checklists and prepare daily reports.
- Training in hospitality Industry or housekeeping is a plus (BICSc Certified).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Attention to detail.

**Salary & Benefits**
- Salary **:AED2,000 - 2,500 per month.**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
