As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Helper and Florist to join our team. This dual role offers an opportunity to contribute to the artistry of floral arrangements while providing essential support to our team.

In this role, you will wear two hats: Helper and Florist. As a Helper, you will provide essential support in various aspects of our floral operations, including assisting in arranging, packaging, and organizing materials. As a Florist, you will play a vital role in creating beautiful and imaginative floral arrangements that delight our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Helper Responsibilities**:

- Assist in arranging and organizing floral materials and equipment.
- Support the team in packaging and preparing floral arrangements for delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Handle general tasks and responsibilities as needed.

**Florist Responsibilities**:

- Create captivating floral arrangements that meet our quality and design standards.
- Select and arrange flowers, foliage, and other decorative items to create visually appealing displays.
- Interact with customers to understand their floral preferences and fulfill orders.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of floral products.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers regarding floral choices.
- Adhere to floral design principles and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Helper and Florist preferred.
- Knowledge of floral arrangement techniques and design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and artistic flair.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
