Investor Relation Officer

Our team is hiring Investor Relation Officer for one of Leading Listed Entity based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
**Responsibilities:
- **
- **Develop and Maintain Investor Relations Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy to effectively communicate the company's performance, strategy, and objectives to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- **Communicate with Investors**: Act as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, responding to inquiries, providing updates, and fostering positive relationships.
- **Financial Reporting and Analysis**: Coordinate the preparation and distribution of financial reports, earnings releases, presentations, and other materials for investors and analysts. Analyze financial data and industry trends to provide insights into the company's performance.
- **Organize Investor Events**: Plan and coordinate investor events such as earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, and annual shareholder meetings.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications, including SEC filings, disclosure obligations, and insider trading regulations.
- **Market Intelligence**: Monitor financial markets, industry trends, competitor activities, and shareholder activism to assess the company's positioning and inform investor relations strategies.
- **Manage Shareholder Communications**: Develop and execute shareholder communication programs, including newsletters, website content, and social media updates, to engage and inform shareholders.
- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with senior management to align investor relations initiatives with corporate objectives and strategic priorities.
**Salary**: AED20,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
