**About Us**: The Urban Crust is an exciting and vibrant café and restaurant opening soon in the heart of Oud Mehta, Dubai. We aim to provide top-notch service, delicious food, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere to our customers. As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sandwich/Pizza Makers or Restaurant Crew Members to join our team and be a part of our cafe's exciting journey.

As a Crew Member at The Urban Crust, you will play a key role in delivering a fantastic cafe and restaurant experience to our valued customers. You will be responsible for various tasks, from food preparation and customer service to maintaining a clean and organized cafe environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide menu information.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
- Learn and follow cafe procedures, including cash handling and point-of-sale system operation.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to learn.
- Food handler's certificate or relevant qualifications are a plus.
- Must be fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

**Salary Range**:2000 to 2500 AED
