**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that a high quality and prompt laundry service delivered to the guest at all time.
- To check the guest garments prior to cleaning process.
- To report any stains or damages on guest garments to the relevant authority prior to processing.
- Use correct method and formula for guest laundry/uniform wash process.
- Dry cleaning items should be thoroughly checked and stains to be removed before putting into the dry cleaning machine.
- All the uniforms checked and processed in different wash formula.
- Make sure to adjust the proper timing and dryer lint filter is cleaned every two hours.
- To ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the laundry at all times.
- To ensure that the cleanliness and the orderliness in the laundry are maintained at all times.
- Make sure all the production sheets are done properly.
- To assist the linen room, uniform room when needed.
- To ensure that all necessary are available at all times.
