**Job Purpose**:

- To temporarily support the Design team in creative design development and delivery of bilingual brand communication across channels - offline and online.
- Responsible for delivering creative concepts, designs, presentations and similar creative requests across ATL and BTL requests in line with the mandated objectives, timeline and budget allocated.

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide Strategic Creative Support to the marketing team by translating BU briefs into fresh creative concepts - both internal and external.
- Proactively recommend new ideas to enhance brand awareness and refresh brand expression via brainstorming of innovative solutions, 3D, animation and similar
- Work closely with the Design team to understand and implement brand guidelines creatively, accurately and consistently across all projects.
- **Design Delivery **a) Support quality and timely implementation of all creative requirements - from brief to delivery, including design, artwork, and supervision of print production, if needed. Ensure development of all creative material strictly in compliance with the brand guidelines. Closely monitor, highlight and correct inconsistencies in implementation of brand guidelines. b) Support the Marketing team on all additional creative initiatives when requested. These could include but are not limited to: i. Presentations and Bid documents, ii. Campaign concepts and delivery for all Live Events, iii. Research and assist with new Corporate Gifts ideas in line with BU requirements and budgets, iv. Any other special projects assigned
- Ensure delivery in strict adherence to all department policies and SLAs in keeping with Audit requirements. Includes following the designated approval process on all creative jobs.
- Ensure detailed filing and written documentation of all design and brand assets. Maintain and submit a log sheet of jobs on a monthly basis, in the designated format.

**Operating Environment**:

- The role typically requires multi-tasking and ability to deliver under pressure with immense attention to detail. The pace of work is expected to be hectic - a positive approach and collaborative approach would be key.
- New expression of existing design guidelines is expected and encouraged. Fresh ideas to keep the brand relevant are a key aspect of the business and value-add to the team.

**Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience**:

- Degree or Diploma educated in Design and/or Visual Arts
- Proficiency in English is Mandatory. Arabic will be an advantage.
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in graphic design and related fields - preferably in marketing communications and brand management in a Corporate, advertising agency or a design company.
- Experience in MAC as well as PC environments with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Flash as well as Microsoft Office especially Powerpoint.
- Animation skills will be a huge plus
- Knowledge of HTML will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge in Print/Production and art working for print is expected

Capabilities
- Strong design style and ‘solution’ driven creative skills, including a flair for photography
- Ability to multi-task and deliver under high pressure situations.
- Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with team members. A quick learner.
