Storekeeper (Oil & Gas Experience)

Receiving of Materials (Customer properties & supplier products/purchased items)

Preparing of inspection note for the received items and get approval from quality dept.

Storage & preservation of received items with proper identification tags.

Maintaining stock register.

Preparing daily store issue note.

Maintaining customer property register.

Maintaining shelf life register for life deteriorating items.

Issuing and return of tools and equipment’s to workshop and other worksites.

Preparing delivery notes for the dispatching items.

Receiving of material purchase request from production dept.

Taking quotations from the suppliers for requested items as per the spec. in purchase request.

Preparing and maintaining of Approved suppliers list as per API QMS specifications.

Handling of Petty cash and submitting of monthly invoices to Accounts department.

Assists in maintaining an efficient and effective storeroom operation by following procedures to receive, unpack, inventory, store (as necessary).

Utilizes a computer to determine stock balances, bin locations, inputs or retrieves data for routine operational needs, prepares reports, and performs perpetual inventory maintenance.

Follows verbal and written instructions.

Places stock in designated storage areas

Assists in keeping stockroom, warehouse and loading area in a clean and orderly condition

**KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITIES**

Good command over the English Language.

Good communication skill.

Good computer skills.

Coordination skill.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: -**

Bachelor Degree.

5-10 years’ experience in stores operation; especially in Oil & Gas / Fabrication Industry.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
