PAL Aerospace Services Aircraft Maintenance LLC (PAL Aerospace) is growing, and is hiring an Accounting Clerk, to provide remote services to operations based in Canada, and abroad.

Based in the Abu Dhabi office, you will serve as part of the team operating in the UAE and will be primarily focused on providing services to remote clientele.

PAL Aerospace is currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Your duties and responsibilities will evolve over time as your experience with our organization, and the needs of our clientele, grows. These will include, but will not be limited to:

- Performing day to day processing of accounts payable transactions;
- Process and compile customer invoices and billings;
- Producing reports as required to assist with analysis;
- Ensure invoices are align with contract terms;
- Liaison with Treasury to ensure accurate and timely completion of invoice;
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements;
- Balance sheet reconciliations and analysis;
- Assist with tasks to support daily, monthly and yearly forecasting;
- Post monthly and weekly journal entries;
- Assist with weekly management reporting;
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget;
- Maintain spreadsheets;
- All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- College certificate or University Degree in Accounting (Experience would be considered equally)
- 1 - 2 years of experience in an accounting environment;
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritize and meet time sensitive deadlines;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Experience with Great Plains (GP Dynamics) software is an asset;
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
- Ability to obtain a clear record of conduct.
