The Order Taker is responsible for efficiently and accurately taking customer orders over the phone and entering them into the company's ordering system. The Order Taker must have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to use a computer system to process orders quickly and accurately.
- REQUIREMENTS

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders accurately and enter them into the system
Provide customers with accurate information about the menu items
Upsell menu items when appropriate
Process payments and provide change
Assist with customer inquiries and complaints
Clear and clean tables
Maintain stock and supplies
Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures
