As an Office Assistant at Property shop investment, you will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly by performing various support tasks, including cleaning, preparing beverages, and assisting with general office needs. Your role will be essential in creating a comfortable and efficient workspace for our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep the office premises clean and organized, including dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring that common areas, restrooms, and workspaces are tidy.
- **Beverage Preparation**: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages for staff and visitors, ensuring that the kitchen and beverage areas are well-stocked and maintained.
- **Office Supplies**: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking items as needed.
- **Meeting Support**: Set up meeting rooms for conferences and meetings, including arranging seating, preparing refreshments, and ensuring rooms are clean and ready.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing office materials, and supporting staff with miscellaneous tasks as required.
- **Visitor Management**: Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate staff members or meeting rooms, and ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- **Health and Safety**: Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning supplies and ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role or in office support positions is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**: Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and office maintenance. Ability to prepare beverages and manage supplies effectively.
- **Attributes**: Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
