Prepare and monitor IT ticketing system for tracking users’ requests and complaints;
- Receive and resolve users’ complaints and requests;
- Handle system troubleshooting; replace failed hardware and addressing software problems;
- Track Designs, install, upgrade, configure and repair system hardware and infrastructure;
- Install, configure, update and maintain software/hardware;
- Maintain inventory of all hardware and network devices using the IT register;
- Provide maintenance support and training to staff, when needed;
- Perform routine audit of systems and software based on the instruction of IT Manager;
- Keep an inventory of hardware and maintenance records;
- Conduct periodic IT inventory, asset tagging and alert the management for disposing or replacing IT systems that are no longer in use;
- Maintain superior knowledge and awareness of IT issues with latest developments and trends;
- Any work-related tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.

**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
