**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with architects and designers to develop preliminary designs and concepts.

2. Translate conceptual sketches and ideas into accurate and detailed technical drawings using CAD software.

3. Produce architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details for construction documentation.

4. Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.

5. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on feasibility and constructability.

6. Assist in the preparation of presentations, renderings, and other visual materials.

7. Coordinate with project teams and external consultants to integrate structural, mechanical, and other technical requirements into drawings.

9. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and technologies in architectural designs

10. Ensuring that the technical drawings have correct measurements, codes, and calculations mentioned

13. Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in architectural drafting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Structural, drafting, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 10 years in the UAE.
- Proven experience as anStructural draftsman or similar role in an Structural firm.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
- Strong understanding of Structural principles, construction techniques, and building systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: From AED1.00 per month
