**REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

- First Language Arabic Speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language and Islamic Studies with a teaching license or equivalent.
- KHDA Approval to teach Arabic and Islamic Studies.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Secondary Arabic A, B and Islamic Studies in British schools.
- Experience teaching IGCSE/GCSE
- Experience teaching Arabic and Islamic in KS2 is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A track record of outstanding GSCE and/or A Level examination result in Arabic Language is a plus.
- Experience of inquiry/ecological based learning is a plus
- A track record of outstanding teaching and learning and an ability to create a caring and nurturing classroom environment
